Then I started to journal. Did you know the act of physically writing down your goals makes you 42% more likely to achieve them. The Captain's Log Journal is no ordinary journal, it combines proven principles to help you to be happier with the 'here and now', while also finding and working toward your mission in life.
Gratitude, Mission & Reflection are the key practices that form the foundation of a balanced and successful life.
What are you waiting for? Don't be a passenger, It's time to take the wheel and BE THE CAPTAIN of your story.
The Captains Log is about a journey toward Being The Captain of your story. Being the captain is about knowing who you are, the path that you’re on and your strategy for getting there. It’s about striking a balance between being productive and just being.
Wow – I was so impressed when I opened this journal. I’m a HUGE “collector” of journals…we know how that goes, right? You get all the pretty ones with good intentions of using them and hopes and dreams of life changing effects, but, in reality, you use them for a couple of weeks and then they turn into giant paper weights…right?! NOT THIS ONE! I absolutely love the layout. It doesn’t overwhelm you with dates and times and making you feel like you NEED to fill up all of the seconds of the day. It allows you to focus on the things that matter – and in baby bits. It encourages the “good-for-you” things like gratitude and meditation – which will improve all aspects of your life! And it allows space for reflection. And not only does it lay it out beautifully, but it sets you up for success. The first part of the journal is a personal development book on its own! It helps you with UNDERSTANDING why you need to set goals, create good habits and the importance of TRACKING them! If you’re looking for a journal that will truly help you change your life, BUY THIS JOURNAL…and USE IT! 🙂

As a mindful wanderer on life’s journey, I like to plan for the short-term as well as keeping an eye on the Final Destination. This journal is ideal for me. I plan the week on Sundays and review the day each evening. The Captain’s Log is my favourite such journal and I have used quite a few along the way. I now recommend it to my patients, high praise indeed because I don’t recommend too many such tools.
Really beautiful journal. Writing the daily gratitude section is my favourite part 🙂
WOW! As a bookseller and breathwork therapist I know quite some of the journals available in the world. This one is pretty amazing! Its such a beautiful piece of Art and Design, mindfully crafted, and full of consciousness and awareness. Lifting you up just by browsing the pages. Incredibly helpful to structure my monkey mind and reminding me on the aspects, I tend to overview and forget. Love it.
Great design and a great price.. it’s very good quality that doesn’t wear easy..it helps me to set out goals for myself and achieving my target. Highly recommended it if you want to set out goals for yourself and want to surpass them
This is a really brilliant product. The design is top notch and very well thought out. Each day and week it helps me to stay focused and also do some self reflection. As a busy professional it has helped me a lot so far in 2018
An Essential tool for any journey your compass is what drives and inspires you to live with purpose. Call it your Purpose, Calling or whatever. It’s what matter most to you and it exists to give you direction in life.
Now that you have direction you need a map. Your map is your strategy for achieving what you want in life. A key aspect of the map is effective goal setting – measurable milestones which form the blueprint for creating yourself and your life the way you want them.
The log is where the action happens – daily, monthly and weekly. It ensures you stay motivated and productive while also not forgetting to look after yourself and be grateful for all that you already have.
- Inspiring and motivational quotes, all carefully curated.
- Gratitude – The quickest way to change your life is to change your perspective and a perspective of gratitude is the key to increase your happiness almost instantly.
- Staying productive – By prioritising your 3 most important tasks daily, it couldn’t be simpler to stay productive. No need to over complicate things, the key is to put the effort into deciding on the most effective course of action for each day – THE NIGHT BEFORE.
- Meditation – Not just for monks, many of the worlds top achievers and performers have this one thing in common. Some form of a meditative practice can be an invaluable tool for keeping your mental health in check and also keep you at the top of your game in all aspects of life.
